Not very happy with the consultation. I was just asking to be referred for a ergonomic chair as per work manager, however was told today was the first time I was being seen so not possible and in order to do so will need radiographic images, etc. I told I had been seeing a chiropractor for 9 years and am new in the area so don’t have a gp yet but the doctor refused to recommend it. I wasn’t asking for a drug. Anyway just got a script of contraceptives as I would be charged for the consultation.
I had no issues whatsoever bookng in. This was my first visit, the reception was great and the consultation was also very good. I will definitely be coming back on the future.
I’ve been going to Dr Gorniak for over 10 years, now my husband and children too. He is an incredible doctor, always understanding, supportive and great with the kids too. The girls at reception are fantastic as well as his nurses and laverty lady. Will follow this practice always.
Clean, tidy and positive practice. It was a refreshing experience after the last few gps I’ve been to. They accommodated for my 2 year old and engaged with him playfully even though we weren’t there for him (it’s more than I can say about elsewhere) and we were able to get a consult at such short notice. My family and I will be coming back here!
After our local medical centre couldn't get my toddler in for an appointment for at least 3 days, I googled practices taking new patients and came across Kanwal Medical Centre. There were available appointments for the same day, and I booked one. Arrived 5 minutes early, was in on time and back in my car with a script within 10 minutes. So relieved that my toddler now has some antibiotics and was a stress less experience. The ladies at reception were lovely and welcoming, and Dr Huynh was great with my toddler.
I am now a patient at this surgery. My parents have been patients at this surgery for a long time without any problems. Dr Umer is a wonderful person & doctor. The staff are welcoming, friendly & very efficient. I hope to spend many a year with this practice. After 1 year I am still glad I went to Kanwal Village Medical Centre. I never have a problem getting an appointment & I'm seen to promptly.
My first visit today to this medical centre. Couldn't be more pleased with the pleasant service I received on arrival and departure. Reception, Dr Huynh (new to the centre) pathology all very pleasant and helpful. Finally found myself a place on the books in a very pleasant facility after 18 months. Thank you Kanwal Village.
I booked in last minute as I need to see the dr for my 1 year old asap. Dr Heron was great when dealing with my upset son. She took the effort to offer him a comfort object then suggested we take him outside for the consult. I was very impressed and could concentrate on her feedback with a happy child. Thanks so much
